We accept only card payments (EC, Visa, Master etc.) - no cash and no deferred payments. Appointments on Saturday mornings (9-12) are billed as regular weekday consultation hours. Appointments on Saturday afternoons (12-16) are billed as per GOT 2022 in the emergency service at a higher multiple than in the regular consultation hours during the week, and with a €59.5 emergency service fee.

The clinic is located on Hohenstaufenring with several light rail and bus connections nearby: Zülpicher Platz is about a 5-minute walk, and Barbarossaplatz is about an 8-minute walk away. Köln Süd station, with S-Bahn and regional train connections, is roughly 10 minutes away on foot.
