Can we meet sometime to get to know each other? Without an examination?

Yes, soon there will be the Welcome visit at Rex. You can simply make an appointment online and visit us in the clinics to get to know us.

What treats do you have in your clinics?

Hmmm that always depends on who is asking. We'll reveal the secret as soon as we get to know each other. Deal?

Are your treatment tables also this cold?

No, not really. In most clinics we have innovative treatment tables made of fibreglass. It's easy to stand on them ... And they look nice.

Do I have to wait in a room with all the other animals?

No, we try to make our clinics as calm and relaxing as possible. That's why we have separate waiting rooms for dogs and cats.

Is treatment at Rex covered by my animal health insurance?

Generally, yes - but this depends mainly on the benefits of your animal health insurance. Please check them and let us know if and how you are insured.

How much does Rex cost?

Like all veterinarians, we base our prices on the current scale of fees for veterinarians (GoT).

Can I come to a Rex practice without an appointment?

In general, we are an appointment practice. However, we also make appointments at short notice - even for emergencies. You are welcome to make an appointment via our platform.

Does Rex offer home visits or telemedicine for my pet?

Yes, we offer video visits! More information.

How can I make an appointment?

You can easily book an appointment with us via our online platform - even at short notice. Just enter your pet's symptoms and we will be able to schedule you all the better.
